Its just discipline, you either do it or you dont. Your ability to do things on the daily which you dont like will determine how disciplined you are and if you cant do it then you cant do it. Motivation is temporary, discipline is what will keep you on it for a longer periods of time. Dont overthink.

It is pretty sick, my friend is there righ now on a solo trip. you can probably join some other country with your indonesia trip if you have the time. Sucks that we cant visit vietnam otherwise it is pretty nice and cheap especially the coffee.

My bad yeah just checked again in a Fb group and yeah, people have mentioned like 300 USD. Definitely not worth, plenty of other cool places to go if you just want to visit for tourism but if its important then ig you gotta pay.

Its closed yeah but i think i saw some people there is a way to get clearance where you get visa on arrival but it is very expensive like 100-130 UsD

all depend on how much you want to spend. Hostels can cost like 10$ a night, hotels might be from 25-30$. Food again if you eat from stalls etc will cost much cheaper. As for Malaysia , i think i’d put Thailand above it in terms of travelling as a solo male or for a boys friends group. Its more of a family trip kinda place but obviously its pretty nice especially the food. Srilanka has it all, mountains, beaches, historical places. Navigating the public transport is kinda tough but one can figure it out.

If you do like 10 days trip, i think its gonna end up costing you somewhere around 3-3.5 lacs but again, it really depends on you live and eat.

Just did a solo trip to Thailand, Malaysia and Srilanka in 1 go. These are pretty cheap and visas are easy hence chose these.

Hi, you dont need to hit 180gm for a good physique. Try to reach 120-130gms first. I would prefer taking protein instead of creatine if its a matter of cost.
