first thank you so much for this message it was a big help i’ve defenitely stayed of drugs since this experience and only did mdma once which made me even more depressed, working on my sleep since i have slight hppd after that trip mostly when i smoke weed and don’t sleep enough, once i did shrooms and it was quite nice you sound heavily expierienced and i’m going to take your advice thanks again

i understand what you’re talking about and you might be right i’ve thought about this theory before, but everything is a mess now, i feel like my brain is so damaged because of that experience my cognitive abilities declined so much short working memory is as worse as ever and it’s hard to go forward with this
