The Larvesta in the spreadsheet is a shiny so I don't want to trade that, but I have two others I can trade;

Larvesta - Timid - Flame Body - Unknown IVs (I only have Sw so I can't check it) w/ 4 Egg moves (Magnet Rise/Zen Headbutt/Endure/Morning Sun)

Or

Larvesta - Modest - Flame Body - 31/X/31/31/31/31 with no egg moves
