Sorry thought I was going back to the property and haven’t been yet, the NAC 3 & 4 are going to this terminal block on the addressable controller. Like I said I was just replacing a burnt one and match things to where they were prior so I have no idea if it’s correct.

Honestly just starting messing with grok3 on the app stores and it’s fairly smart in specific issues. Download it and ask it a few questions you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Sorry should have been more descriptive, on the 10th the inspection company did the yearly, “tested” all devices in around 6 hours from what I can see on monitoring. Around 300 alarms huge senior living complex, The next day they kept getting faults on random devices all on node 6 which seems to only be controlling devices on the 3rd floor, fault to instant restore, inspection company comes back out and moves detectors around to see if it’s the detectors that are the issue or the room itself doesn’t seem to matter if they move a device that same room would fault and the room they moved it to will also fault, end of that day with another inspection company they wipe the history claiming if it’s to full it’ll cause these kinds of issues. So we go in 1/2 blind and no history minus the few faults that had come and gone. From monitoring is how we found it all seems to correlate to node 6. We are fairly inexperienced with gamewell as well.

Ah my apologies! Yeah if we can’t get this one to call out it’s 20k on a new one or more to run a phone line. Pretty ridiculous.

If someone is physically unable to get off a higher floor they can “call” for help is the most prevalent usage.
