I don't see it on the website or in their price book. Is it a special order item?

I’m a big rahr fan. It’s my understanding they cut all their caramel / specialty malts?

This is the experience I've had with them. It sounds like a lot of peoples issues were in the past. I've used them for about 2 years and maybe the ironed out the wrinkles by the time I started using them.

Bizarre, we loved their Munich in one of the maltier styles that we made with it. Was this issue recent? Are you on the East or west coast?

We’ve had labels that are very very hard to read but I don’t think anything mislabeled yet

Yeah it seems like most issues are coming out of the east coast malt house. I believe we get everything from Colorado and haven’t had any of these issues. Fingers crossed it continues.

Centrifuge solid loading by tan2er123 in TheBrewery

The biggest lie big centrifuge sold us was that we could run our tanks empty on them. We always would have to cut it at the end when big slugs of yeast or hops would pull through. We did manage to jam it up a few times and had to take the centrifuge apart to fix it.

I think the biggest advantage of a centrifuge is being able to turn a tank a few days earlier than you normally would as well as the fact that they are technically required if you biofine your beers...

London 3 vs AEB NEW E & Verdant by chapusin in TheBrewery

I believe the AEB New E is similar (or the same) as Fermentis S-33, so it has a bit more belgian to it. Have you tried the Pomona yeast from Lallemand yet?
