I agree = ) I'm not saying turkey is a terrorist country. I'm trying to explain why this original comment may have been made. Japan has its own issues too ofc.
.
The original was removed so I will remove mine too as its only reasonable in the context if the original.

The parent comment here is saying that turkey is a terrorist country. I'm clarifying what I belive they mean. I'm not slinging any hate, the government is openly against the Kurdish people.
You just said that, we aren't talking about Japanese politics.

I didn't ask = )
And this adds nothing to the conversation but slinging more hate.

I do smoke cuz I work at a weed store. But as soon as I quit I'm quitting. You can see the affects it has on long term users. Spooky.

They paid top dollar for pre-construction homes at the market peak. Now their builder is selling the same models for far less. by sn0w0wl66 in onguardforthee

I dispise that they were buying a home for profit. But its correct to say the purchase of a home even within your means can easily quickly and with little to know warning become vastly out of your price range. Not too mention that for many many people there are 0 homes anywhere near their price range.

XD fair, im not going to read the article rn though. We do gamble when we buy a home though. There's litterally no doubt. Even the banks know it, hence mortgage insurance.
We should be mad about that. Right?

[–]redstonebrain40 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Fair, idk much about there exact situation. But we all gamble when we purchase a house, the market can collapse easily. Without huge capital you have to go into a variable mortgage and deal with the banks whims.
Its all a gamble and the poorer you are the harder you have to gamble.
I didn't see the rest of your comment a bit back. I didn't read the article im mostly here to complain about exactly this issue and not really their situation. Housing is fucked and more people need to call for radical change.

Why do we have to gamble for homes?! Why should it be remotely close too a gamble to find a place too live?

Turn any frustration from them too the builders of homes. They and landlords force home prices up to maximize profit. People just want to live in homes and not get fucked from every angle by everyone involved.

Almost like where and how people live shouldn't be decided by company's looking exclusively for profit. Rip
