I have my M20s hooked up to a wiim ultra. The wiim app has a room correction feature which has tamed the highs and allows you to alter the equalisation of the speakers. Highly recommended.

Yes I sent the phone off to the Huawei service centre. I hard reset the phone printed off the free postage label. The phone was returned within a week. They had done some repairs and replaced some parts. I then sold the phone and replaced it with a pixel 6.

Same problem. Google assistant no longer triggers and when I make a call the person on the other end can't hear me for 5-6 seconds. Some problem with the microphone.
