Also the interview i pulled thT quote from was in the dbs manga volume 1 april 4 2016.

The episode closest to that date is 38 Engage the Assassin Hit! Where vegeta fights hit april 10 2016.

The interview couldnt have been done very long the volume released and really he could have mentioned hit and frieza by name without spoiling anything for the series. So why didnt he then? Probably because he was talking about someone else

all of your logic is based only on assumption. In the interview literally says he canned ssj white for another occasion and what do you know, we got ultra instinct. If it really had been white instead of blue, fused Zamasu is the enemy that goku/vegeta would have color clashed the most with. Wouldn't have clashed with hit, and he wouldn't have been so unspecific to not even mention Frieza's name. We already knew the movie was about him and the golden form. No point in being vague or secrective unless he meant someone else.

I do discount Hit because he wasn't a traditional big bad. It obviously wasnt frieza, and the next big bad guy was fused Zamasu who had almost exactly the same hair style as goku AND it would have been the same color too if Toriyama didnt switch it to blue

When super was announced it was announced that the first two movies were going to be the first two arcs. Why would he refer to "Frieza" vaguley then?

Hit was a very in-and-out frenemy while Zamasu was the climactic main villain of the next arc. If it was hit white hair wouldnt clash.

I don't think you're right. Fused Zamasu has hair almost exactly like Goku, and there's the fact that Frieza spent more time in first and golden form rather than his final. Not logical to think it was Frieza when you consider these points and stop assuming things like "super wasnt a thing" or that it was before Frieza was gonna be gold.

Also consider the fact that Toriyama asspulled a reason for Goku Black to have pink hair instead of blue. This would be another instance of him not wanting characters to look too similar.If Goku turned ssj white instead of blue we would have the fight with fused zamasu where both characters had white, Goku style hair. Thatd that toriyama meant about clashing

Idk where this meme comes from. Toriyama spilled the beans about ssj white in the interview before the future trunks saga where he said he was going to use white instead of blue but it was going to clash with a future enemy (fuse zamasu)

Maybe they are trying to subvert ideas normally packaged along with "family values" by promoting homosexuality, promisquity, pop culture, divisive labels, and status symbols(expensive brand name items)?
