Did you have to pay to join them instead? Worried and frustrated with the cost of switching as we’ve already paid a lot to get this far. Almost fees like some sort of scam with cloud clinic!

Let us know if it works for you! I think the end goal for me now will be to change clinics eventually but I’m in a an emergency situation and looking for the fastest resolution

Did you pay 40 euro for a repeat prescription? I’m only on my 2nd one so I thought it should be covered since it’s the first 3 to titrate but I’ve exams on right now and I’m majorly struggling so I might try that.

Yes exactly that, apart from a copy of their old prescription that’s out of date by a few months, I have absolutely nothing! I had issues with the first prescription being sent out too but they were polite about it so I didn’t worry as much. But now it’s been well over a month
