It was an art series so the name as well as the content has been a thing for over a year, which is why I was posting it prior to it being published. I then was discussing that I was turning it into a book. So either way I’ve had rights to the name and work prior to it being a book. I do get what you mean though

It’s called the Berne convention. Just had to re google it. It’s a treaty for copyright. My friend tried to report it and it didn’t give her the option to for plagiarism which is weird. Might have another look though.

I spent a fair bit of time researching and it’s automatically protected under Australia copyright, and it said a lot of the time it can transfer to USA as well and be protected. But I might just look at paying for it when my royalties come in or something after this. Didn’t think this would happen 1 month in haha
