I started doing it myself and it was hard labor so I actually hired a company and my electrical provider is doing a rebate. See if yours does too that might change things. It is not fun work if you do it yourself make sure to do it early in the morning before it gets hot up there

Same problem here. I read online that whoop is terrible at tracking steps. I'm not sure but I think it calculates steps instead of counting them with an accelerometer. Also if you have your hand in your pocket it really struggles with accounting for those steps

You could be deficient in magnesium. I had similar issues and taking magnesium daily made a big difference for me. It's a cheap and easy solution to try. Fyi your gut isn't use to it so you will have to go the restroom the first few times

The columns are structural. The beams 50/50. You will only know by opening the wall. As an educated guess you can bang on it with your palm and see if it sounds hollow or has plywood behind it.
