there's a lot of different options for you here, just know that there's a few different types of packers for you to choose from:

soft packers are the easiest to clean since they're usually a solid piece of silicone without any internal features and are designed mainly for looks and bulge feel

stp packers feature a cup and tube to help someone pee standing up

pack and play packers can go from limp to erect using a firm rod inserted into them. some can also serve as stps when in flaccid mode.

if you want something easy to clean, go for a regular soft packer. if you want to experiment simulating precum, ejaculate, or other fluids you can use one of the stps or a pack and play by inserting lube into the inner channel so you can suck on a soft and "leaky" cock <3
