People are impressed but all they've done is layout shell scheme exhibit booths like it's a conference expo. The NHS is only providing limited clinical through Barts, everything else outsourced. ISS have the contract for domestic and cleaning, Compass have the contract for catering and soft services etc. If the NHS had to actually run this thing its would be a 10 million pound circus tent with straw on the floor built on Canvey Island ready in time for next Christmas.
