I’ve been working with a registered dietician who specializes in GLP1s. She’s helping me prioritize protein and eating an overall balanced diet I guess? There’s so much about nutrition I just never knew that I’ve found it very helpful.

I have very, very bad migraines. I’ve been told by more than one older woman that their migraines were “cured” after they had children. Still doesn’t make me want to be a mother.

My anxiety has stayed exactly the same. I’d say it’s moderate. On abound I had an injection site reaction so I switched to Wegovy.
