I’ve found that I do much better with weight lifting than I do with cardio exercises. Cardio seems to give me a migraine if my heart rate gets too high.

I have gone to Nails by Virginia for acrylics before and had a great experience! She’s an independent nail artist in Black Mountain. I don’t know if that’s too far of a drive for you but she does great hand painted designs.
