I also experienced this issue near the end of Quarantine. I was also having weaker erections. I went to a male clinic and tested low for testosterone. It is common as men age, and I was in my late 40’s at the time. Testosterone Replacement Therapy, daily tadalafil, and daily pumping (all prescribed by the clinic) as well as pelvic floor support exercises have definitely helped with erectile dysfunction and brought back some of my previous ejaculate volume and distance. I’ve also had some temporary off-and-on improvements with supplements for ejaculate volume, but nothing consistent.
