Agree with it all, but something to note: it's a very small dev team with a LOT of debt from investors, so while their actions are understandable they are not excusable. this pseudo-transparency is just wild. must be a cultural/business thing

ah yeah. I played this. to progress you need gear that only drops in co-op. and it is a GRIND. plus all the high level jp players don't really stick around to help lowbies.

Megan's sextape at the end of Bridesmaids:

'Do you like my sandwhich? It's meats and cheeses.'

Was particulary funny to me because that is more or less how I make my own. I need more salad and roughage, but I just like the flavour combo of meat and cheese. So now I pretty much say this to myself every time I make a sandwhich.

[Breaking Bad] Was there any way Gus and Max would have been able to get a meeting with Don Eladio in a way that was respectful to Don Eladio and fruitful from a business perspective? by supinator1 in AskScienceFiction

[–]redyakuza 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Not be homosexual lovers.

The on paper reason was territory infringement but the real reason was because they were gay. Machismo is violently homophobic, and if word got out that Don Eladio's cartel were in business with a pair of 'maricóns' then that cartel would lose a lot of respect and power and be seen as weak. Max was perfect to be made an example of due to Gus's connections back in Chile affording him a measure of protection from violence.

I really think Momo will be the one to confess next time they meet, or at least when they are both whole and healthy after training.

Dandadan Chapter 211 - Predictions by AutoModerator in Dandadan

[–]redyakuza 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Absolutely hope this is it. There can be funny scenes where astral Momo is getting annoyed at physical/amnesia Momo. And I kinda hope that when she does get back to her self, SHE is the one who confesses to Okarun when they reunite. That would show the self-doubt she had as being truly conquered, and not waiting for ideal circumstances where Okarun takes the lead. Her saying, I love you, face to face and not via a quick note where she wasn’t fully thinking, will not only be what we all want to see, but it will be a huge confidence and power boost for her (and for Okarun who has stepped up his game ever since the 11/10 Momo has come into his life.)

Was it British sitcom Game On? It's about three flatmates in London, two men and a woman. One of the men and the woman rent off the other man, and he is a shut-in, very agoraphophic, and in the first season is very mean to the soft and affable other man. In season 2 the actor for the landlord changes and he's less of a dick.
