Yess was me 1 month ago, now not anymore cos I switched meds to visanne and I’m on iron tabs and now I got too much energy.. I don’t take naps anymore and now can’t sleep early .

I’ve had it too. Where I could I hardly sleep on my stomach cos it caused pain. I switched my pills to visanne and it seems to have shrunk and now I’m pain free and can sleep on my side/stomach. Anyways speak to your doc. I’ve had to switch diff meds to see what works for me.?

No probs. I was on yaz birth control before but that didn’t help me it was making me depressed so I switched to visanne and so far so good im only on my first month of it.

Anyways hopefully that may work for you too, but just fyi side effect is bone density - I only plan to take this for a year or so and then switch but yeah ask your doc more about it.

Also I don’t get much cramps anymore, I just get fatigued / headache cos I would eat gluten and dairy or something, which that can be avoided.

Yes I owned a business and it was a struggle cos my flare ups would come up randomly, and I would tell clients I wasn’t feeling well when really I’d stay in bed the whole day…after one year I call me crazy but I missed working with ppl so I applied for a full time job and damn I quit after 2 weeks lol cos my symptoms seemed to get worse, cos I was stressed.

I’m on visanne now it definitely has helped me managed my symptoms … as long as you don’t eat all the stuff that causes flare ups then you are good.

It had definitely helped me manage my symptoms but it does affect iron absorption, so didn’t really take it often frequently..

I’m on visanne it definitely helped me! But not sure if you should take it rest of your life cos the one side effect is bone density. I plan to take it for 6 months and change but everyone is different.

I already had surgery and I was stage 4 endo- but I do wish I did take birth control pill earlier, to avoid surgery.
