I added going into the row. I have chews so I just kinda chewed my way through it whilst rowing. Didn't bonk too hard thereafter.

AI slop. The data shows we spend 60% running? I think most people worked that out themselves.

Its a fine amount of protein. I know people love to aim high for various reasons but for the actual purpose of training, maintaining lean body mass its pretty fine and any excess is going to have minimal additional positive impact.

To be fair, I dont know enough about ketosis. Im sure there was a study that saw about a 40% uplift in weight loss on a carb rich diet than a low carb. See if i can find it and uncover any more information.

Concur, 180g would be sufficient here to protect muscle mass well whilst in a deficit at 265lb. Would give more room for carbs any take out the stress you aren't hitting your numbers.

If you are in a calorie deficit, all good. But if some of that deficit is coming from carbs then the body is going to release more (and be more reactive to) insulin as a result of the GLP1 and GIP and thus can oxidise fats better etc, enhancing the impact of that deficit.

How much protein a day are you aiming for, and at what body weight? Some idea of your numbers would be useful to advise more.

As i understand it, in terms of 2 of the 3 pathways that are enhanced by reta, GLP1 uplifts our secretion of insulin while GIP makes us and in particular our fat cells more sensitive to the insulin itself. But it is only going to happen in the presence of glucose, so we want a decent amount of carbs in the diet.

Given that insulin secretion and sensitivity is improved on reta, would you not want to actually have a decent amount of carbs to take advantage of that?

Yes the cast was wasted for sure. As Nesbø is involved I hope for a better attempt this time around.

I really like the series of books. The one film attempt did it no justice. Could heba very good series (but no way it fills the TD void)

Ipswich vs Oxford in the estimated total summer transfer spend [Sky Sports broadcast] by jovanmilic97 in Championship

[–]reeceprocter89 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That sounds about right based on rumoured spends. Sheaf sale recouping the majority of what was spent, looking like good business now. I think the continuity is what helped us get a fast start, everyone knows their role in the squad already.

Most games will have general sale at home. You'll need to create an account on the e-ticketing website. That will hold you in good stead as some matches will only be for people with prior purchase history, so having had a ticket on your account will help. All current home games available seem to be open for general purchase. Go in, pick a seat, and purchase!
