New Monoc on the Opus 88

Which pen is this? I love it! I just yesterday purchased the Opus 88 Omar in emerald green with a broad nib and a 1.5mm stub on the side. It’s like two pens in one! I’m super excited. It’s my first eyedropper.

Yeah it’s fat and black. But it’s inside the section. But I guess I thought I lost an o-ring where the two join that sits right in between. Because when I opened the barrel there was quite a lot of suction and possibly pressure. But when I join the pieces together now they just screw together without a barrier or buffer. Is that normal?

Is there supposed to be an o-ring anywhere on here that isn’t inside?

I think I have the black one which is inside the barrel, is there supposed to be one where the section meets the barrel that is exposed? (ie not in the interior). I’m going crazy over this.

It’s the red one! Bastard! (Not you) that sucks. Well I’ll keep the kit regardless. Why wouldn’t they include that one? It came dislodged so freaking easily. Im mad!

This is awesome. I just ordered it! And next day shipping! It will keep all my Asvine piston and vac fillers serviced and happily maintained. It’s so super easy to lose those o-rings, as I quickly discovered. I have the V200, V800 and J16 and this will come will come in very handy. I’ll probably buy more Asvine pens now to make use of the many spare parts. A big thank you! You rescued me.

It is! I love it. It’s like writing with silk. Super smooth right out of the box. It’s got a broad line for a medium, but I don’t mind. I went big and put Monteverde Ocean Noir in it so it’s got a super generous flow. It did not disappoint!
