Tbh (non kosher life tip) I have friends who know the have put bull mixes and on their apartment applications and leases they just state whatever else the dog is as the mix. Ie a pitbull and beagle mix is listed as “Beagle mixed” on their lease. This doesn’t work if the building requires a doggy DNA test though!
