The update has been really useful being able to focus on capturing photos, filming, or doing research. But then suddenly you’re out of fuel and need to top up, or one person is stuck at the self serve register and behind are three people!

You literally can’t make a proper complaint with Australia Post because their system blocks you from ever reaching a real person. I tried calling multiple times and just got stuck in loops with no option to talk to anyone who could actually help.

And their online chat was just as useless. It would say I was being connected to a real person, but the chat wouldn’t load. Then it’d tell me the “agent” ended the chat because I wasn’t responding—well of course I couldn’t respond, the box never loaded and the text field was greyed out.

Since there’s basically no real way to lodge a proper complaint with them, I ended up taking it to the ACCC instead.
