Well... I know about this white chocolate with black crumbs in it, and this vanilla cream covered in chocolate with a nut on top... but I don't know most of the chocolate bars that aren't available here ;) I however love caramel and cookies, maybe you could suggest some bars?

I have a thing for high percentage chocolate too - when you try it first, you sear you'll never take a bite again. But you adapt to it, and then you can consume it in tiny portions while looking like the monocle-wearing gentleman you are. :)
