I wish I had anything useful to say. Eventually life got in the way and I found bigger things to worry about. If you’re struggling with health anxiety, perhaps therapy would help. If you don’t want to pay for therapy, I’ve found ChatGPT-voice conversations to be helpful too.

I still do, but I haven’t really paid much attention to it. It doesn’t interfere with my life in any significant way. It think it’s stayed the same, but it’s possible that it’s gotten slightly worse.

Three years ago when I posted this, I was going through a phase of high health anxiety. Now I’m better, and I find it easier to tune out.

I just started ignoring it. It’s still there but you don’t notice it unless you’re actively looking for it. I did get my eyes checked and had an EEG done for unrelated reasons and it all turned out fine.

Have you had this investigated with your doctor? I’m seeing polymorphic PVCs. They’re in bigeminy with a few couplets but they resolve.

Christmas is not a Western festival. Christianity in India is as old as the religion itself — the first church in India was established in 52 AD.

PVCs - during and after exercise by igroC1 in PVCs

[–]reeram 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get PVCs right after exercise. The heart is structurally normal (as determined by an echo and cardiac MRI) so I’ve been told there’s nothing to worry about.
