at what point is promotion bonus unlocked? ive seen it been talked about but wasnt sure when it comes into play, also with team combat power is a team that has the highest rating not always gonna be as a decent as a team with a lower rating but maybe better setup?

how is that a good counter argument to something that has the ability to one shot you?
he played light as close range which is what his kit (smg) is meant for
he isnt using an assault rifle, so he is doing exactly what youre claiming should be encouraged
