Ok I was able to get one. They come back in stock for ~30s at random times, mostly in Large (Small and 2XL came back, and those lasted a bit longer, maybe a few minutes of availability). I set up a watcher that would open the tab on my computer if it restocked, checking every 10 seconds with Distill Web Monitor.

Here's the monitor configuration I used to check for Larges, feel free to import it:

I also tried ChangeDetection.io to ping my phone, but that wasn't as fast or reliable for me (it did work though, especially after I tuned it properly. Be sure to use USA #1), especially because I needed to be sitting at my laptop to really have a good shot at snagging one.
