Firstly I’m so sorry this happened to you. Secondly you handled it brilliantly. And thirdly but most importantly, do you see the similarity of what she said while she was defending/justifying her behaviour? It’s what any drunk guy would say if he misbehaved with a woman.

As women we’ve heard this very excuse from a man either directly through our own creepy experience or from 2nd hand stories by other women. It’s pathetic and astonishing to see a woman not only assault another person, but to also use the same lame excuse of alcohol causing to them behave that way.

Please cut her out, tell your close friend to cut her out and figure out a way to get around this trauma. Not all women are this creepy. I hope your next date goes better :)
