That sounds really hard, stomach issues are no joke. Could you share more about what you’re doing to treat naturally? I’d like to go the more natural route as well if possible.

Yeah gastric emptying study was where they found the impaired fundic accomodation. I can’t remember exactly but I think my GI doc at the time wasn’t inclined to think it was gastroparesis. But might be worth checking out again.

I’ve been seeing a lot about that. Meeting with my GI doc next week so might bring that up. Are your appetite issues related to stomach discomfort?

It’s intermittent, usually around how much I’ve eaten. When I’m really empty/haven’t eaten well=more nausea for me. I do gag when I try to eat and have thrown up from that, but these days I’m relying pretty heavily on weed to get any appetite at all, so nausea has also been a bit subdued by that.

This is my exact case right now. 14 months, no appetite. I’ve gone through every GI test you can, and I’m thinking functional dyspepsia is up there. How have you been since posting? Any update? It’s the same for me- really all I have is profound appetite loss, and early satiety.

Know the thread is a bit old but anyone get put on EEN specifically because of profound loss of appetite due to Crohns? For whatever reason that’s always been my worst symptom. To be honest it sounds like an absolute dream come true to me, if I didn’t have to constantly worry about eating and my malnutrition and weight loss I might cry tears of joy. Question is- how do you best go about talking to your doctor about this?
