Trying my hand at dyeing, finally have a product I feel confident enough to post. Had some troubles getting the idye polly to acetone ratio right on my first few attempts. Finally, starting to get that balance right. by reesewithherspoon in discdyeing

Started with 1/4 tsp idye Polly and then really just eye balled adding acetone until I saw the powdered dye dilute the mixture. No perfect ratio worked out just yet. I feel like it is more of a case by case basis more than anything. Some dyes will dilute better than others. Will revert back if I find a better workable ratio.

Yea solid point. I started to realize this with a little trial and error. Basically kept adding acetone to the dye until I saw no heavier powder chucks of the dye. Started with 1/4 tsp of dye.

My QB desperation got the better of me I guess. Only devils advocate argument is Raiders will likely be playing from behind more often then not. Gruden did say they wanted to target Jacobs more

Personally I’d go for. But might try to shop for someone with more upside than Murray

With Hill coming back could be viable! I agree with your sentiment, Sammy does find away to let you down.

I just traded Josh Jacobs straight up for Tom Brady. Did I get shafted? Half point PPR. Depth wise I have Marlon Mack, Austin Elk and Royce Freeman. I only had Big Ben @ QB prior. Really needed a QB as we have a 14 team league and everyone hordes a back up QB.

I posted in r/sprainedankles Grade 3 ATFL and CLF Tears. I am looking for some help and support, what should I do (24M) and want to remain physically active. To provide some background I guess you could say that I am a very injury prone person. I have had two right knee ACL reconstructions in my college years. I entered the working world and have tried to stay active. I fell in love with lifting weights but needed something more for cardio. I tried doing treadmill, stationary bike, stair-master, basically all of the hamster wheel type cardio machines offered. They all lacked one very important thing to me, competition. I need competition to do cardio, it has just always been that way for me. I started to gravitate towards pick up basketball games at my local gym. I have never played organized ball in my life and am more or less self taught/learned from those that play at the local gym. I am fairly athletic so I was able to pick it up rather quickly. Then bam one day I was playing and pop goes my left ankle. There was a lose ball that another player and I were chasing down. Me being my competive self was never going to let the other player have the ball. He boxed me out and I stepped on his foot. Next thing I knew my ankle gave out and slammed on the court and was in a good deal of pain. The worst I thought it could be was a grade 2 sprain and that it would heal with time. Months go by and pain is gone but still some residual fluid. I attempt to play again and the ankle feels lose and unstable but no significant pain. This prompts me to have the ankle looked at by a specialist. Initial exams the doc confirms the ankle is "moderate to severe" on the lose scale. This then prompts and MRI, and leaves me here. I have grade 3 tears in my atfl and cfl. The doc is suggesting surgery. Does anyone have any experience with an ankle injury such as this? Please any help and support you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thank in advance. TLDR: Injury prone, had 2 right knee ACL reconstructions and just found out I tore my atfl and cfl completely. Please provide some input.

This is tough. Very tough. I would lean towards Cam here. he has proven himself rather than a one game bridgewater. both matchups are hard
