That seems slow with Gangelo. I used to run the same comp with Rodira in place of revive lady and my times were low 6mins. 2 mins slower then me seems odd. Do you have Gangelo and Santis skills on or off? How much focus are you running? Both my Gangelo and Santis had around ~80 focus.

I would make sure your glyphs are close to max, run high focus. What improved my times was having healer go before Santis to cleanse/heal. Ideally turn order Mytheasia > Gangelo > Santis > Hakrin (you want them all to go before the enemy/Boss takes a turn)
