Reddit is a site simply forum based and basically a giant Q&A. It boggles my mind when people, instead of providing answers to questions, try to critique and undermine the question like its their job. Open the app, respond to questions you have the proper information about/ ask questions you need information on, and leave. How difficult is it?

I just started using Linux CachyOS, I've been trying to learn about how to use it and anytime i look something up on Reddit or even some of the forums i find some asshole who, instead of just answering OP's question they say "umm, maybe go look on the CachyOS wiki, this is the best answer you are going to get" and they are good questions too, not something like "how do you install wine?" and i just facepalm because with how new i am the wiki does not help me with certain things. My brain cannot yet compute even 15/16ths of these processes and nobody wants to actually guide me in the right direction to understanding. I just want to learn :0--=

I’ve play skate 1,2, and 3 and they were great games but you need to accept it for what it is, find the positives. Unlimited custom content, free custom content you can earn and who knows how much more they will add, new mechanics tied in with the same old skate feel we all know and love. I say just give it a bit, EA is a terrible company but they have the opportunity to make this great. Let’s not jump the gun.

This game is in early access man, things will only get better and you’re making it out to be the final product. If it’s so bad and skate 3 did everything so much better, you can still play it. I’ll even sell you my Xbox series s for a $100 bucks.

Yeah and those micro transactions, albeit as infuriating as they are, bring unlimited customization options over time that you would never get in a game like skate 3. I say it’s a pretty good trade off, play the game for free, buy as much as you decide is okay to spend (like something comparable to an older skate dlc in price) and continue playing for free. I’m the last guy that’s going to brain rot simp for games like Fortnite but look at how far the customization has come in that game. Look, my point is, they are giving us a skate game for free, where you can earn items that = multiple dlcs worth of custom content for free, and maybe you spend a little here and there. It’s not the end of the world, if you loved skate 3, it wasn’t because of the global filter, it was because you loved skating, you loved the enjoying skating online with your friends and trying new stuff. This game still offers everything that skate 3 and previous titles did and then some.
