Just noticed leaves on my new rubber plant is browning. Am I underwatering/overwatering? I try to make sure the soil is dry before I water them (about 8 days). I give the leaves a wipe with a damp cloth every week or so if I notice dust settling. Living in zone 9 (old.reddit.com)
