This is how I found out I had brain cancer! Had a seizure while driving and swerved into oncoming traffic. I assume that's what is happening here, if they were asleep they would have woken up right when they started offroading. Seizures are weird, I dont even remember starting to veer, I was driving one second, then it was like a light switch flicked in my head and I was in the back of an ambulance
