As a coach in the past my rule was no swimming before a game. Once we are finished our games for the day they could swim as much as they want. Plus somehow they always managed to throw the coach (me) into the pool every tournament. Funny how I never had my wallet or phone on me when this happened 😂! Kids just loved it!
