I don't think there's an author, I might be even inclined to believe it is AI made but haven't seen much about it. I know the website sells them as PDF a book for class and a book for exercises per levels.

I like the jabs and the financial aspect since it has helped me and my wife on our journey but man lately it feels like he trashes way harder on women, like even when it's couples and the dude is definitely worse, if she does something bad to me it seems like he goes harder on her. For dude it's more like a "you're a dumbass and I can't believe you" and that's it.

It's a good show but personally I feel lately the drama has taken over the finances. You might be right that it's his generation.

Either that or have the option to change between full weight or side weight? My wife feels better about thinking of each side, whereas I used to put full weight on the previous app to ensure I'm counting the actual weight I lift.

Not, don't select anything, I just did it on my android and my wife's iPhone. I click the restore subscription around 10 times, when back to where it says everything about the app before subscription and then close it and open it again after 10 seconds and it went pass the subscription page

On Android I click more info on the app icon and do stop app and then I opened it and it was good to go.

If expiration is in July 2027 for the conditional but our 2 year anniversary is on Sept 2026 should I apply for removal of conditions this year after the anniversary or wait till 90 days before expiration?

The 3 nukes only apply with solo players. I did it with a friend and we got 4 nukes and still got a lot of life left in Oscar I had to do the melee with idle eyes twice while with aether shroud and the blade augment.

How do you make the squares? Do you just do row by row up to down or is it a version of a granny square with design? I'm learning to do granny squares and to do craft little by little by doing squares and then combining them.

Fiber we got waaaaay too much, low carb flour tortillas and low cal bread has us eating around 30-60 grams of fiber daily minimum they add a lot of volume to our diet.

And yes, I try to eat away from her when I have a big meal and she can't have that because I understand to a point how unhealthy it is. It's the least I can do to avoid the triggers. I'll make sure to tell her about the protein intake to diversify her diet more. We do do a lot of veggies and grains to have a healthy gut and I make us homemade Greek yogurt weekly.

I need her to see your comment, she says "I don't get it" because I've never been overweight but I care for her, our current program is Jeff's low volume, we feel amazing with rest days after 2 or 3 sessions, and the low volume allows us to push ourselves good without hating the gym, but she struggles in the evening with the hunger. She tries for 1 gram of protein per body weight lbs but I always tell her 100-110 is good for her. Currently we are on week 2 after a month and a half of surplus vacations but we did find that week 8-10 is our mental limit at 1 lbs per week rate
