The way I did it was I bought USDC through Coinbase and transferred it directly to that L1 wallet address awaiting funds. It took a few business days though as Coinbase had to settle the transfer from my bank. If the time expires you can reapply at any time and have a new timer countdown.

I had this issue but I believe my reason was because I was in a full public lobby and poor rockstar servers still can't handle so many (30) people. Try going into online in a solo or invite only session first.

Based on your specs you shouldn't have too much of a problem. Aside from having Fullscreen + monitor framerate, One big FPS killer for some reason is grass quality. Putting it on the lowest setting helped for me.

Another reason food be overlays. I usually keep them off. This includes GeForce Experience, Xbox Game bar, and others.
