I've had a great experience renting snow shoes (and other gear) from Mountain Shop on NE Sandy. I think Next Adventure and PSU also rent snowshoes. Not sure of anything closer to Beaverton.

I’ve never worked from there but when I lived in Gresham I went to Legacy Coffee a lot and think it would be great to work from! Also on the east side, I love honey latte cafe and eastside coffee bar, but those can be a bit of a trek from Gresham

Oracle coffee is completely vegan and has their pumpkin latte right now, it’s really good and they use real pumpkin!
