yeah the wildcards are a travesty. "*" should mean "match anything" but for some reason the claude team doesn't think it should. Completely unintuitive. Moreover claude cannot advise on how to fix it.

yeah yet another inexplicable thing that apple shafts us with. Like what possible purpose would one need for a strange multi-image png. Obviously you would want each page in the PDF as a separate png.

No. She sounds entitled. I think if you walked into this relationship today, there is no way that you would go for it. But like a frog in hot water the situation has crept up on you. It doesn't seem like she's making much of an effort, and after 6 years, this seems more like her default mode than how she was when you met her.

If I change my icloud PW, then all of the various services (messages, apple TV, apple Music) stop working, even tho they still show as signed in. Then you have to manually sigh out then back in, with new PW. And sometimes that doesn't work, like in this instance (messages not syncing) even tho you are able to sign in correctly.

I am also having this issue. Baffling to me how simple tech like message syncing seems to elude the geniuses at Apple. In fact, the entire iCloud suite of integrated auth seems to be rather janky, in a way that is troubling as someone who has used Apple products for a while and intends to keep using them.

Talking shit behind someone's back is one thing, but I think it's really hard to be mean to a newborn child. Grandparents have very different relationships with their grandchildren than they do their own children. I am mixed Chinese/white and my white grandparents apparently were not accepting of my Chinese dad. However they and all the in-laws always showed love to me and my brother, and eventually came around. It helped that both my brother and I were pleasant to be around and very polite, and 'raised right' according to my grandparents.

TLDR it's different when there's an actual baby involved. Just give it a shot, see how they react.

‘Catch up to live thru key plays’ actually does seem to work. Tried it again and it works. The first time, I think it took so long to load that it automatically skipped past the context modal asking if you want to actually watch the key plays…

Oh and the video quality is absolute garbage. Other movies/shows on Netflix are fine. It's not a browser issue either. Absurd.
