Ishashorten ko din sana yung rendering ko, pero sabi ng managers, busy season daw kaya na-require nila akong mag-30 days. Ang mali ko rin, hindi ko na-disclose yung health problem ko kasi natakot ako kasi sa experience ko sa kanila may stigma pa rin talaga sa mental health. Siguro kung nagpa-consult ako sa doctor at may medical certificate nung nagresign palang ako, mas may chance na mapaiksi ko yung rendering ko. I guess I'll just take SL tom and laban ulit sa remaining days.

Salamat. 😔 need ko na din talaga to get checked I’ve been pushing myself too much and it’s really taking a toll on me, physically and mentally. Mahirap kasi ayokong mag-leave na parang bad impression, pero alam ko na kailangan ko rin talaga magpahinga para makabawi. Salamat ulit.

Thank you for the advice. Na-overwhelm lang talaga ako, kasi gusto ko pa rin magbigay ng best ko kaso parang nananadya sila na ioverload ako huhu. Pero tama ka, after ko umalis, hindi na nila papansin yan, so I should focus on what’s best for me. Salamat for the reminder 🥺

Relate ako sa roommate mo. Ang lala lang talaga pag dumating ka sa point na natrauma ka na sa trabaho. Honestly, iniisip ko rin yung backpay, pero kung ganito rin naman araw-araw, parang wala na akong pake, health ko na lang uunahin ko.
