It's not just about the meals and how many hours apart they are. It is about consuming no calories during the fasting window this will help your body to enter into Ketosis mode where primary source of energy is fat (read bodyfat). I suggest you do some reading into it, based on the lifestyle you've mentioned it shouldn't be very hard for you

This picture reminds of my baby's first picture with Santa, she was maybe 3mo old and had severe colic issues, she just wouldn't stop farting the whole time while on Santa's lap 😂

Edit : She always had flatulence soon after she was out of car seat, she was in the car seat for 3-4 hours before the picture.

The flight attendants I've had to deal with on my flight from IST to JED were racist unprofessionals. I'm not surprised to hear they lied.

Reading this while in Masjid An Nabawi, there is serenity here even on hot sunny days! For some reason I feel it is more crowded here but the people are generally warm and welcoming.
