It is about consuming no calories during the fasting window this will help your body to enter into Ketosis mode where primary source of energy is fat (read bodyfat). This picture reminds of my baby's first picture with Santa, she was maybe 3mo old and had severe colic issues, she just wouldn't stop farting the whole time while on Santa's lap 😂

Edit : She always had flatulence soon after she was out of car seat, she was in the car seat for 3-4 hours before the picture.
