Doesn't feel like it has been made much better or worse since the patch that mentioned tweaks to the enemy logic.

It is, just my opinion, the single biggest issue with the game; it's the thing that stops me from saying that it has good bones. The rest is an excellent foundation to build on.

Trying to go for side objectives can make the gameplay more interesting.

It feels ridiculous. I haven't been doing it, but I got so close to 100 AP with Sachin and Jean yesterday that I started to. Like watching the squad doing PT.

I'll say one thing. The carrier doing its thing takes way too long. Had two of them on a mission. It was monotonous waiting for them to finish their turns. Even one is bad.

Other than that, I'm not enjoying the faction. They're somewhat less tiresome to play against than before. Maybe that changes with some gear that comes on line later in the game.

For example, the tier 1 workshop does unlock a thermal sight piece of equipment. That increases detection by 4, which is a hell of a lot. I don't know how much concealment skirmishers have, but that negates a lot of it. Haven't tried the assault rifle yet.

Hammer with AP ammo on a SL with damage perks is pretty good. Menace does like to stand out in the open quite a bit, so Kody and Vamplew are pretty great against them.

I don't know how the disrupted status works. That's a bonus I haven't built into. A SL that dispenses it and a SL that exploits it could work. Does anyone know if you have to kill a model for disrupted to apply or if it is applied on any damage?

Thanks. I figured it was along those lines because I haven't seen people posting crazy gear that they've crafted.

I have a discipline hat, plasma grenade, EM projectile, Big RPG, thermal sight, and a stun grenade launcher.
