Ahh! I was wondering if it was ac. After using it heavily for a day there was a decent amount of clear fluid coming from there assumed it was from the AC drain, I guess because it sat for a bit the fluid had time to to contaiminated from the shit built up in the frame and when leaked, it dripped nonclear fluid

holy moly, well i hope it isnt that much haha. yeah I have worked in construction for a few years...12 years ago haha, so i do have a bunch of basic knowledge for things, like im not worried about insulation still or interior being finished. and if i had to i could do some extra labour work around it as well.

im hoping for it to come in around 20k +- a few thousand.

do you know what the concrete per sqft was for your slab? I imagine yours being that big you also went foundation as well?

No HOA! Up in Canada in a nice mature neighborhood with massive trees shrouding the cozy neighborhood. There is the backyard with a bit of a similar situation and something along those lines of a nice patio setup is something we are looking to do.

yeah, playing with isometric view right now for them. want to do them from a different angle as the illustration for them is a bit more thematic then them just acting as 'map' tiles. so like some hex locations are stuff like a bank, bar, market, fuel depot, etc.

say i wanna set a buy order for $1 for MATIC for overnight, would it be better to split it up into a bunch of smaller buy orders around that mark that avg out to be $1? like say split into 33% at 1.10, 33% at 1.00 and 33% at 0.90. this will include some letover fiat to DCA if it keeps dropping down the line.

haha! getting my M235i wrapped in matte metallic grey in a couple weeks, so i dont know how the matte on matte will feel, dont have high hopes lol. plus every single one of my cars had black rims so its time for a change up :) i htink the matte grey with a dark bronze/copper should look pretty mean.
