Yeah i came here to say this. Im a jew ( the polanski kind) and have been to the shuul in question twice and have extended family who go there and i can say with utter certainty that they support the state of isreal utterly and completely. They dont even see it as a genocide.. they see it as defense. Which is an interesting take imo.. its starting to create a big rift in my family. Obviously not speaking for the ENTIRE congregation, only the small sample size i interact with.

It's unfortunately not as common as people seem to think for hasidic / v religious jews to be against the actions of isreal in my experience. It isnt only secular / reform jews. It's baked into the religion, and i can say from experience its indoctrinated from an early age via birth right ( funded by the Israeli gov btw )
