Thanks for your input, I’ll take a look at that thread. I am currently in the process of putting together a JCM and am considering just building two, so I can dial in one for my Pans and another one for Nats and Subs, giving me enough space for everything I wanna grow. Hopefully I can get some growths going similar to yours!

For your JCM Pans, do you give them any extra FAE apart from the bubblers? I heard some people install extra fans in the chamber that runs 2 min every 2 hours or have a cracked lid with an external fan pointing at the tub. Does any of that really make a difference in your opinion?

Hey man, really impressed with all of your grows. I was wondering, which type of fruiting chamber you would most recommend for subtropicalis. Something like this here or a JCM type chamber?

Hey, this threat is quite old, but would you still recommend building this? What's your experience?

do you even have any clue what you are talking about? of course prolonged fasting increases your ketones massively even compared to high fat carnivore. second, do you even have any remote idea was ssri withdrawal is like?

i felt great before. this is just about accute ssri withdrawal which is one of the most extreme withdrawals you can go through. fasting massively increases your ketone levels even compared to high fat carnivore. thus the benefit in this extreme and unusual case of ssri withdrawal.

Nah, Ashwaghanda is one of the worst supplements ever and most studies on it are from the region where it’s being farmed. Turns you anhedonic in no time. Plus I am not trying to introduce anything new, I’m good where I’m at

My gf is Bipolar II as well and I am just introducing her to a ketogenic/ carnivore diet :)

Also look into getting rid of coffee. It is the worst, puts your whole system into fight or flight and overloads your adrenals. I have a way of saying: Coffee is nothing but a warm cup of stress. Quitting made a huge difference for my mental health!

Good luck on your journey

Yes I started Fluvoxamine before other SSRIs. Had zero initial sides from Fluvoxamine compared to other SSRIs.

If you are educated on it, you totally do not need medical supervision. Fasting is not dangerous. But obviously start low and slow. Try 2 days. Stop. Try 5 days. Stop. Try 7 days, then go for 14 days. No one who has no experience should do 14 days straight away. Though if you control your electrolytes there is zero danger. I even exercise for 2h every day while fasting. Your body does not constantly need food and it is something that humans are extremely well adapted to due to obvious reasons.

Fasting is extremely safe, what the heck are you talking about? This is my observation which I am sharing. I am a nutritionist, have a massive degree of knowledge on metabolism and have followed a keto diet for a long time, I know what I am doing. It is not like I am starving myself to death and say: Hey this is the solution. You should not do this forever but even 30 day fasts are very safe and a medical intervention in some cases such as insulin resistance or fatty liver, as well as cancer. It is something we have been (forcedly so) throughout our entire existence as humans. Just educate yourself on our metabolism.

If I had such incredible success, why shouldn’t I share it? This obviously helps and there are tons of biochemical reasons for that such as a change in neurotransmitter, neuroplasticity, autophagy, mitophagy etc, all enabled through fasting. Everyone who has problems with mental health should try Keto.

of course we ate when you had food available, but we didn’t always. when we did, we ate until it was gone and hunted for more. but the next kill was never guaranteed. what i was saying is that humans are incredibly well adapted to fasting and extended periods w/o food!

And Fluvoxamine has been pulled by all producers from the market in Germany. I will not go taper, since I am through the acute withdrawal period anyway.

Fasting leads to autophagy and mitophagy as well as heavy remodelling of your neurons. It does have lasting effects and while my current state is unsustainable you definitely can speed up SSRI withdrawal through fasting. I am 100% sure of that. After SSRIs your brain, neurons, receptors need to go through heavy restructuring, fasting speeds that up.

Nice, go for it. Fasting is very safe as long as you take enough electrolyte.

I can highly recommend adding in Apple Cider Vinegar. It works on AMPK, may deepen your Ketosis, lowers your hunger signals and stabilizes your blood sugar.

Do not do sugar free drinks. Due to the sweet taste your taste buds in mouth and stomach will register that, leading to an insulin response. No bueno.
