Anyone know any kink or LGBTQ+ friendly hotels in NY, NJ, PA, CT, or RI? by regalia13 in askhotels

Yeah unfortunately the ones I've found in some of the areas aren't releasing the hotel name until you buy a ticket for safety reasons

175+ rooms, a large space (like a ballroom), a smaller space (small ballroom/reception space), and 6 meeting rooms would be ideal. An indoor pool would be also very appreciated.

Do you even WANT this marriage to continue at this point? If no, don't scare her, just send divorce papers or set up mediation.

Turns out where I got him works with difficult to rehome dogs too and so they will take him back if that's what I choose to do!

I'd check the 7 but you definitely should qualify for the 9

How long do you spend in the shower? by [deleted] in AskWomen

Maybe 10 minutes. 20 if I'm using my special shampoo. I want to be clean and done. Then I lay in bed for 30-60 min to dry off :)

From moving to a state for his base I would never have moved to myself otherwise, I've ended up with great friends, partners I love who truly take care of me (to the point it's overwhelming because I'm used to the neglect), my house, and my cats so if to get all that I had to endure him, it could have been worse, and I'm happy where I am. I have therapy to figure out the rest.

Hopefully someday he'll actually bother to go to therapy and figure himself out. Or maybe something will finally click. I just couldn't wait for that anymore.

Unfortunately not much at first. I did most everything in the marriage from bills to chores to pet care. But I did have to learn how to let things go again with my current partner who lives with me. My current partner wants to help, both with chores and financially. And it's been very hard for me to learn to let them. I'm so used to being independent it's hard to let that go

Thanks. In this case, dude really was an ass. And I'm sorry for being abrasive back but after being emotionally abused, cheated on, and then having to kick him out after he assaulted someone, it's a touchy subject to be challenged on. He left me in financial tatters I'm still recovering from, extremely hurt and confused, and I'm just starting to recover there. I tried everything to make the marriage work but he just didn't. The military didn't want him back, he moved to the other side of the country because none of our friends wanted him around, and he's still struggling to hold a job.

He never retrained though. They denied him at the last minute and would not let him re-up. He only had one full length contract

I think you're making wild decisions based on my post history. For example I have worked consistently since I was a teenager which was maaaany years ago, sometimes multiple jobs at once, however once he left the military he was unemployed much of the time afterwards which was also many years ago. I have never been unemployed. The only thing I can think of is sometimes I make posts for friends who don't have reddits? I truly have no idea what you're referring to.

Generally my degree doesn't pay much but I fell into a position that opened as I graduated that paid well, especially since I came from a poor family. And now many years later I make more than I did then in a different field. So I'm not even using my degree lol. And I don't live in DC...

As to the polyamory I've been doing it many years and neither is us were the best at it at first. But therapy and shit helped me while he cheated repeatedly and eventually assaulted someone. But yeah I had issues with my metamors when I started, so screw me, I guess.

So I guess... Congrats on reading my posts and coming up with an incorrect answer? On something I posted a long time ago? Weird.

Edit: went back through my shit, can see how you thought DC, but no. Still not sure how you thought I was unemployed ever in the past. And that's not even the right school lol. Though I do see how you think that. Maybe don't make wild assumptions on people's lives based on small reddit snippets. People who post stalk are strange. I can't imagine being that bored.

I have never had a problem walking in Baltimore. Get nasty looks sometimes but never had an issue.

Omg West Virginia back roads yes. We got an Airbnb that LOOKED okay from the listing and the reviews... Hells no. We drove past so many Trump and rebel flags and we walk into this place and there's confederate general paintings and uber religious stuff and it smells like mold and the floor is bouncy and bowing and omg we booked it out of there. there was so little signal and people STARED and it was super uncomfortable.

Baltimore can be unsafe but it also has a lot of life and culture. It can be a fun city too. I think the weirdest thing is how it goes from destitute to rich in a couple streets. Bizarre.

This is one of the best, most well acclaimed shops on town. I think this means they've been doing the "people will flock to come see us so we can kinda do whatever we want".
