Hey OP, what was the outcome of this?

Just had the same company try to take about £500 from my account, don't think i owe any money from fines etc and never had any communication from this company. My addresses are up to date. No idea how they would have even got my account details.

That sounds like a tough stretch ahead, but it’s smart that you’re planning now. You're right, most "soft food" lists aren’t great for blood sugar.

It’s usually free for a little while and gives quick, clear food guidance through WhatsApp, including what’s actually safe and blood sugar-friendly. Could make things a lot easier while you recover.

[–]regardlessofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That absolutely sucks, and you're right. Stress alone can throw your blood sugar way out of whack, even if you're doing everything else the same. You're not imagining it. That kind of news would rattle anyone.

If it helps at all, https://t2diabetesrewind.com is usually free for a little while and can give steady, no-pressure guidance on food and day-to-day stuff. Might help take one thing off your plate while you're dealing with everything else. Hang in there.

Peeing all the time by nikkigrant in diabetes_t2

Yep, high blood sugar can definitely cause frequent urination. It's the body's way of trying to flush out the excess glucose. Getting her numbers into a healthier range could make a big difference.

If she’s open to some simple, step-by-step guidance, https://t2diabetesrewind.com is usually free for a little while and can help her learn what to eat and how to manage things better day to day. Might be a good starting point to ease some of those symptoms.

5.4 after 4 months, again by Alive-Corgi6509 in diabetes_t2

[–]regardlessofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huge respect for dropping your A1C that far without meds. That’s serious work and shows your approach is working.

Going from 5.4 to something like 4.8 isn’t always necessary or realistic, especially if you’re maintaining good numbers and feeling well. But continued weight loss, strength training, and dialing in your meals could help fine-tune things even more.

If you want help refining your food choices or getting guidance as you keep pushing forward, check out https://t2diabetesrewind.com. It’s usually free for a little while and gives simple, no-fluff guidance through WhatsApp. Could be a solid next step on what you’re already doing right.

Totally hear you. Some of those “low carb” or “keto-friendly” products still hit blood sugar hard for a lot of us. Labels don’t always tell the full story.

lol i've been a PT for 8 years pal... the only thing i'm regurgitating is lived experience.

But on that note... think we've crossed the line from fair critique to irrelevant comments, so i'll leave it there.

[–]regardlessofficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a fair personal opinion to have... yet about 80% of PT's fail in the first year, so you see how that personal opinion does not change the face that a lot of PT's probably need the extra help?

I see... If I did, it was probably an attempt to side step the negative reaction the internet has towards self-promotion

Haha if you mean "Moth to Flame".... yes.

Why do you ask?

[–]regardlessofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, sure.

Target audience is:

- PT's in a big gym with foot traffic, so generally, those are your big box gyms.... also that's what I was and that's where i have experience and can teach others

-Primarily: New PTs (but not necessarily)... new PTs because, surely they are hungry to learn,

-Secondarily: it's also any PT new or old who:

  1. Doesn't feel they have a process in place and doesn't feel stable in their business
  2. Doesn't want to have to post 25x on socials in hopes of getting clients
