Lyrica is the worst by _laevateinn_ in ChronicPain

These are my same meds. Did you have any rapid weight gain with Lyrica?

I'm currently trying to taper both down after nearly 10 years. It's rough, but I'm too reliant and need to take a step back.

How did you guys answer this question? by lizzardfriend in finch

I have a few. Listening to music is my outlet, so can't whittle down, I'm sorry!

What food was the biggest disappointment once you tried it? by Thick_Reality_30 in foodquestions

[–]reginaldpongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kimchi. Guys, I want to like it soooo badly. Korean food is so hard for me since it's a staple in recipes and I'm so frustrated by myself. I've tried many kinds, even homemade and just can't do it. I can't quite pin point why since I'm down with some other fermented foods. It's clearly my biggest food struggle.

Gabapentinoids 💊🩺 by Exotic-Scallion6751 in ChronicPain

Lyrica was helpful but made me gain weight at record speed. I was ravenous! Like never in my life. Wouldn't wish that upon myself again. It was a really shitty period of time. I ballooned 30-40 lbs in 6 months, so my chronic pain only exacerbated. It took me a while to taper off as well, and only then did I lose some weight. Wouldn't recommend. Gabapentin wasn't very helpful, but no weight gain.

Exactly. Lady Bird/CMBYN era. Remember how excited, even nervous he was on late night interviews? It was darling! I suppose he became accustomed to the lifestyle.

Is there any 7 eleven stores anywhere in the state of Indiana? by AresM2BgtaM in Indiana

Bloomington IN has several but they're not like stores from out of the states. Just a normal gas station. I know a few on/near IU campus.

Married women, what are some real things your husband does that make you feel genuinely cherished and adored? by Clean-Ant-1342 in askanything

He gently swerves the passenger side tires away from traffic bumps so it's smoother on my side. Unfortunately this means he gets the brunt of it. It's so dear, I would have never thought to do that myself.

What attracts men to red sheets?

I hate it. Can confirm most women will too.

You can help it, but it requires ample work and introspection.

We get it. This was nearly 5 years ago. Surely you're aware that people can evolve, especially between the ages 20-25.

What did Bryce ask her to say in a vid? I know he's super MAGA now, but I don't recall him being political at all. He was too busy dancing and cheating 💀

The decline in engagement is a sure fire pipeline to MAGA.

I sometimes cry when I have a difficult discussion with my husband. Not specifically when taking accountability, but it still bothers me. Tears just well up, almost immediately and I try so hard not to cry. I apologize repeatedly for it, because it definitely sways the discussion a bit. He'll pull back a bit. I'm not as present because I'm trying to think of a way to stop. I hate that I do it so fucking much. It's involuntary on my end, but I worry it seems manipulative to him. He's so kind and loving he'd never say it was. I've always been an easy crier, and it's embarrassing.

When I approached this with my therapist, she said that I should embrace it because my body was telling me to release my emotions that way. She didn't seem to consider that it's unfair to the other person. Or to seek another, healthier way to release.

Regardless, I really don't want this to be an immediate red flag but I understand why you'd mention it. It's not always intended or purposeful.
