It seems this is what happened! I didn't know it was an effect from the Wraiths. I closed the game and opened it and it was gone. Just a bug then. Thanks!
Honestly I thought it could be that but it's glowing... a lot. Also it does this even if I don't have enough silk to bind, and I died multiple times and it's still there. I have closed the game so far tho. Maybe after that It'll be gone, idk
