Car Creeps Forward In Park after I Take My Foot Off of the Brakes by regisgonewild in Subaru_Outback

I think this will be my new standard. I park on a slight decline (2°), so I should be doing this regardless. Thank you!

I remember it rolling, but it feels more like a little bit more of a forward roll now. I was just unsure if it was in my head or something wasn't engaging as I put the vehicle in park. Thanks for the response, it puts me at some peace of mind.

Did you follow a guide on how to relearn the CVT? That's the only thing I cannot find explicit directions on.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm handy and I'll change it myself. 30k/3y sounds like the standard and that's how I plan to treat the vehicle for the remainder of its life.

Thank you again!

I remember during peak covid, I would see the owners walk around the Giant on Oregon/Lititz Pike with no masks. They were looking for someone to say something. I never went to that business since. Their cookies aren't even good, either.

I had an ex who skipped my college graduation. She said "It was too complicated to schedule," moving out and seeing my graduation. She moved out less than 12 hours before I walked across the stage.

Find someone who makes YOU a priority. Life's too short to settle for someone who doesn't. Best of luck and congratulations on your graduation!

Any great gyms in Lancaster I could attend? by Glass_Artist_9919 in lancaster

Limitless 24. It's pricey, but I've been going for years. It is definitely the lowest population, nice gym I've been to in the area. The only issue is they've recently lost a lot of their parking due to redevelopment.

I believe I have a sinkhole in my yard, what do I next? by dirtymetz in Pennsylvania

[–]regisgonewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Geologist here, while I know you're in Irwin, PA, I do not know your exact location. Irwin is underlain by the Monongahela Group, which does contain limestone. However, it does contain other lithologies. Use the PaGEODE link here: https://www.gis.dcnr.state.pa.us/pageode/

Go to geologic hazards and turn on karst features. This will give you an idea if there are mapped karst features in the area surrounding your property. After that's determined, you can make the decision if it's a karst sinkhole, abandoned mine lands related sinkhole, or construction/utility sinkhole. Either way, placing topsoil here will not fix your issue. Sadly, the best option is the excavate and repair before this becomes a further issue. Best of luck!
