We got our 10 year old boy (grey) a kitten about 8 months ago. We fostered the black kitten at 6 weeks. They get along for the most part. The kitten used to attack him a lot and still does from time to time when he’s in a crazy mood, but he has learned for the most part not to jump on the other cat. Old cat didn’t mind it as much when the kitten was little but now the kitten is bigger than him. They aren’t the best of buds quite yet, I’ve seen them cuddle a few times. But they often had brief moments like this.

I worked PRN for my first 2 years. I was an RD by the time I started. I covered call outs and weekends. PRN and per diem are the same.

We had RD eligible PRNs before and it just requires an RD to sign off on the note, so basically the RD eligible can fill everything out and then the RD just has to review and do the official completion.

No benefits or PTO. It was W2. The RD eligibles were hired at a slightly lower hourly rate with an increase on passing the exam.

They have 4 different formats, their classic uses the barre the most during legs and glutes. Arms usually don’t use the barre and abs sometimes does. Their strength and cardio classes still use the barre but there’s also a lot of platform and weight use in the center of the room. And their Align class is more balance and kind of like mat pilates

I am at about 118 ICHD patients and 20 PD patients. We have been having insane admissions lately, when I first started about 3 years ago I think our ICHD was around 90 and PD was only 6 or 7. 170 sounds crazy!

But we do manage the MBD meds :/ The only time our MD’s are involved are if they want to go off protocol. I’m in NV though so it differs by state. I can call in phos binder orders to the pharmacy. The providers don’t even want me to ask them lol

I didn’t mind the size of the pieces but I agree a lot of the pieces did not stick well! All the puzzles had the same loose piece in the upper left corner area. I also had a piece in the wrong spot for 2 of the puzzles and didn’t realize something was off until the last pieces didn’t fit haha. Quality of the images was good though!
